Seared scallops, roast garlic maple glazed pork belly, house gnocchi,            celeriac puree, babay carrots, braised spinach


                  House Bacon wrapped loin, Italian sausage tortellini,                            honey thyme glazed crispy rabbit leg, broccolini, roast fennel, demi


Alska farm Maple & herb braised beef short rib, Le Coprin mushroom confit,  blue cheese smashed potatoes, root vegetables, braising jus  


Vanilla bean creme brulee

Dark chocolate pot au creme, chocolates brownies, peanut butter cream,      whip cream, salted caramel peanuts

Warm spiced bread pudding, orange brandy cinnamon glaze,               homemade vanilla bean icecream
